Hi ladies,

We are excited to share another eyeshadow palette review with you. Life was so much easier when it wasn't right in front of my eyes. The temptation was limited to lipsticks and the costs were relatively low 😛 And then my world was covered in my eyes and although I love to play with colors I really wish I didn't have to jump into a new landing on stage every time! I wanted to try the Tarte Tartelette palettes for a while. There is a feeling that the packaging is more than shadows. OK! Go ahead and judge me… If you've never worn the beautiful packaging of a product before! Tarte, meanwhile, has a few different formulas and packages that they use in their different eyeshadow ranges on their cats. So, apart from Tartelette, it's also the Pro formula (previously Pro' to go eyeshadow palette) ) and there's also the Marine Formula Rainforest, which is usually packaged in a circular compact. Other than that, Tarte continues to throw limited edition palettes into the market from time to time, almost at random. Tarte has recently launched its new Tartelette palette. There was a Tartelette with all matte shades and the more popular Tartelette in the Bloom palette. The trio is complete with this new Tartelette Toasted palette. So, let's learn more about this newly launched product. complete with this new Tartelette Toasted palette. So, let's learn more about this newly launched product. complete with this new Tartelette Toasted palette. So, let's learn more about this newly launched product.

Packaging: The packaging of the palette is not stunning! A heap of $46 goes towards this, I'm sure! I bought this product online. However, I am sure many of the pallets will fly off the shelf because people stopped by the Tarte counter and bought it to see it and then couldn't resist buying it. And I guess that's the whole point of the packaging here. The sad thing is that sometimes companies are so carried away by the packaging that the bulk of the money goes into, rather than the quality of the product.

The product consists of a metallic gold case. It has a good weight and feels luxurious. It would make a great gift item for the holiday season – apparently. The palette has a full size (palette size) mirror and 12 eyeshadows. Each eyeshadow has the brand name embossed in it. No brush/applicator. The palette has shade names of the individual shades mentioned below the shade itself. It comes with a coordinated cardboard outer box containing the materials listed in detail on it.

My Experience with Tarte Eyeshadow Palette:

The palette was released sometime last month. Viseart Warm Mattes Palette, Urban Decay Nude Heat Palette, Too Faced Peach and Cream Eyeshadow Palette, and Colors A Warm Neutral Palette Reflecting the Sassy Sienna Palette. and Multifaceted palettes are completely matte, Urban Decay and this Tarte have a variety of finishes to make a complete look. Therefore, these palettes basically provide a warmer option to regular safe, neutral palettes.

The Tartelette Toasted palette is 12 containers arranged in 3 rows. The way the palette should work is that you can create an entire view with any full row. Tarte shared a single page view guide to enable the new one, to be able to create a cohesive view. I don't usually follow such guides and just prefer to dive in.

I bought this palette last week and have used it 4 times since then - creating a few different looks. Before we get into them, let's learn about the individual shades in the palette. We will take them in order.

Top row: S'more: Described by the brand as Pinky Beige. A light beige shade on a matte surface. The texture is buttery smooth and very finely milled. It works well as a matte highlight shade or sets the liner with it. A little powdery - but not chalky. It has good pigmentation. Sunrise: What the brand describes as a Golden Beige color. It is a light, slightly yellow-toned beige with a pearly finish. Very smooth and creamy. However, it is not as pigmented as I want it to be. Being the lightest shimmer shade, although it works well to highlight the brow bone, it doesn't really build up the inner corner of the eye unless it's formed.Sunset: Described by the brand as a bronze color. This is a medium golden copper shade with a metallic sheen. It is smooth and creamy with good pigmentation. It works very well with a darker shade all over the lid, in the crease/outer V or both.Crackle: What the brand describes as brown with golden flecks. It is a matte, deep and warm-toned brown with slightly dangling golden shimmer in it. I was skeptical about using this because I thought the matte base would be harsh and create fallout. It was a pleasant surprise. The matte shade is quite smooth and very pigmented. However, the shimmer is slightly held by the base shade. So, if you want the shade to look real – with sparkles of deep matte base – you have to pop it on a sticky base. If you use this and start blending, the glitters will fall off and you will be left with just a matte shade.

Middle row: Cashmere: Described by the brand as Pale Peach. My most used shade – so much so that the brand name completely disappeared from the shade. This is a light to medium soft peach shade with warm undertones and a matte finish. The shade is soft and smooth yet incredibly powdery. So, this is not just the most used shade – it is to be perfect for transition – being so powdery it will make me pan this way quicker than any other shade on the palette. It has decent pigmentation. It's reversible if you're using it on the lid, but it's great if you're using it as a transition shade.Temperature: Described by the brand as a terracotta. The shade of the hour (even if not the year) – medium, warm-toned, burnt orange shade – but rather muted rather than bright. There was good pigmentation but again it was powdery – not as bad as Cashmere. The texture itself is pretty smooth and easy to work with. Flame: Described by the brand as a metallic rust. This is a medium, warm, bronze shade with a metallic sheen. It has a smooth texture and excellent pigmentation without feeling heavy. It's pretty easy to work with. Comfortable: What the brand describes as a brick. A medium-dark, red-toned brown shade with a matte finish. It has a smooth and creamy texture but is in powder form. The pigmentation is good and it is easy to build up or blend.

Bottom line: Candle: What the brand describes as a Champagne. This is a light champagne gold with a frosted finish. It feels loosely pressed in the pan – almost like a pressed pigment. Unless used with a sticky base – this tends to not adhere well to the skin and create fall out. Latte: What the brand identifies as a Tan. This is a light to medium brown shade with warm golden undertones and a matte finish. It's pretty dusty - like Cashmere. It has good pigmentation. If you're using it on id but not as a transition shadow, it can be counter-productive otherwise.Simmer: Branded as a Copper. This is a medium, warm copper with a metallic sheen. It is smooth and has good pigmentation. The shade is very similar to the Sunset shade – wondering why there isn't more differentiation between the two – providing a more diverse eye look. Fireside: What the brand describes as Deep Plum. I don't know how it looks melting on tarte. The deepest shade in the palette. This is a deep dark brown shade with a matte finish. It has good pigmentation and works very well to deepen the eye look or an eyeliner.

Texture : I have discussed the texture of each shade individually. All the shades looked smooth and buttery. The mattes are pretty powdery – some more than others. Also, some shades are easier to spot when trying to blend them. Having said that, most of the shades are extremely easy to work with. It applies smoothly and blends easily into your skin.

The shimmer shadows are divided into 5 categories - 3, smooth and easy to work with - Sunset, Flame and Simmer. The shade “Sunrise” is more pearly than metallic. Crackle works as a matte with more gold than a true shimmery shade. And lastly, the candle – which is a lightly packed shade (in the pan) – works like a pressed pigment and definitely needs a base of glitter glue/adhesive to work well. I did not find the shimmery shades very intense. It was easy to use with a brush (except wax) and did not need to be applied with fingers.

Pigmentation: The pigmentation is really good for most shades. The two shades, Cashmere and Latet – are more than pretty powdery, which are a bit of a pain when used on the lid, but come off pretty easily when used as a transition shade as well. Having said that, I'm not sure it's a miss or a design requirement from a lab/production perspective. Meaning they are low shades of pigmentation and are easy to cast out by accident or on purpose. The fact that colors with this concern have multiple uses in the palette and can be pulled out actually works well for the palette. The shadows blend well and cover well without getting muddy with other eye shadows, but this one is nothing short of effortless like the shadows by Natasha Denona or Viseart.

Staying Power: I apply the eyeshadows with a primer because my lids are way too oily. These shadows lasted for 8-9 hours with the liner. Without a primer, my eyelids turn everything mush. It will be especially bad for these colors because of the softness of these shades of shadows.

I have shared three times with this palette:

Look one – this is often the primary look I actually have tried with this palette. unnecessary to mention, the palette is packed with heat tones – all burnt orange and aluminiferous bronze.

Look 2 - It took a lot of refraining to avoid going too hot. Also, a lot of blending was required. I tried to show the diversity in the palette with more golden copper than hot rusty.

Look 3 – This is a smoky eye look created using this palette. Note that I used black pencil liner as the base for this look – to create depth of color.

Pros of Tarte Tartelette deep-fried make-up Palette:

An interesting array of shades - not earth-shattering, however simple to wear.

A twist on neutral palettes - a hotter one.

A sticky palette with a combination of sunshine to medium to dark shades and a few shimmer.

Various textures to make a whole look and a range of appearance.

Most shades have sensible pigmentation and ar simple to create up.

Smooth, creamy texture.

Good wear time (with primer).

Not rumpled (over a liner).

Do not transfer.

The colors mix simply and mix along fine – while not obtaining muddy. reminder Natasha Denona, though not as simple as she says, however you get the gist.

Does not irritate eyes.

Goregous luxury packaging.

Travel friendly.

Cons of Tarte Eyeshadow Palette deep-fried make-up Palette:.

  • Matte shades are quite powdery.
  • Needed a little change in tone regarding the shimmery shades. Two of the 3 main shimmer shades are variants of copper. It could have been done with a more rusty shine or even a light plum.
  • A few shades are low in pigmentation, but as I said, this can be by design because they serve multiple purposes in the palette.

Overall, i believe it's a stunning Tarte Eyeshadow Palette and it'll get a great deal of use – if nothing else that's putting due to its packaging. will this statement surprise you? It's truly quite natural human behavior. we have a tendency to ar visual creatures. If I were to use a heat palette for a glance, i am a lot of seemingly to travel over another neutral palette during a method as a result of it's stunning to seem at and wait for! Anyways.

Do you need this palette? If you're into neutral looking and neutral palettes, go ahead and skip this one. However, if you only use neutrals and are looking for something more diverse – this warm take on a neutral palette might just be your jam. It is not a must-have palette, but if you buy it, you will enjoy it.

Note that this is often not a universally obtainable palette. girls with deeper skin tones could realize shade variants not operating for them. it's a lot of appropriate for honest skin to medium skin tones, a lot of appropriate for honest skin tones, however anyone wanting deeper into it ought to ditch this.

Finally, if you're sitting on the fence between this palette and the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette… my 2 cents. Of course I cannot comment on the formula of the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette as I do not own it and have only seen it in store (Duty Free). Nude Heat looks so beautiful with the shades I love. However, the reason I didn't pick up the Naked Heat palette was because it has so many mid-tone shades that differ little in color. So, it might look more peachy and the other shade might look a bit more terracotta, once applied and blended on the eye – the kind of thing your eye will show you will be incredibly similar. So, you actually create similar looks from 12 shades of Naked Heat, which you can do with 5 shades of Sassy Sienna by Dose of Colors. You know what I mean? Don't get me wrong, I know UD Naked Heat is a much-loved palette in the beauty community. This is just my take and the reason why I bought this.

Yes, i like to recommend Tarte Eyeshadow Palette!
